I scheduled an appointment for my son an hour ahead of time. He tried cleaning his ear and pushed the qtip to far in and it cause some redness and I couldn’t tell whether he burst the eardrum or not so I just wanted him to been checked. You cannot take your last patient 30 minutes before you close if you're a walk in clinic. You'd lose insurance contracts in a heart beat if they found out. Won't ever come here again and deserve an apology.
