The staff here is always so kind. I will say, there is a doctor we have seen a couple of times at this practice who makes me a bit nervous. It is an older gentleman… communication was difficult, the pharmacy wasn’t filling the prescription he called in because they couldn’t understand what he said in the voicemail, and when I finally got the prescription, the name was incorrect because he told them incorrectly. We went on a Sunday afternoon after being cancelled from another urgent care. We got there 30 minutes before they closed, and they took such great care of my daughter. They had her swabbed and at the pharmacy in 20 minutes to make sure we got there before the pharmacy closed! Everyone was so efficient and helpful!
I have brought my medically complex/special needs toddler here multiple times and each experience has been great! We’ve never had a long wait time, and are always seen quickly and efficiently. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the nurse practitioner is so kind and knowledgeable. Truly a great resource for parents in the area!
Our child injured his arm so we brought him in for an evaluation. We explained what happened and provided details on where he said it was bothering him (above elbow). He was taken back for an X-ray and we were told that it would be read by someone offsite. We waited over an hour in a room while checking in three or four times on the status of the X-ray. ook my daughter to this urgent care expecting a proper evaluation. Although the staff was polite and she was seen, I feel that the diagnosis was not accurate or thorough enough. No additional tests were performed, and we were not given a clear solution. They also did not assist us with a referral to a specialist, even though it was obvious that further evaluation was needed.
