Made us wait an hour and twenty min before telling us they can’t do stitches. Terrible customer service.
From the moment we arrived, my son was checked in and seen right away. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and clear in their communication. They put the urgent in urgent care. Super sweet staff and extremely quick appointments. When our regular doc is closed, this is our go to. Been at least 3 times and have had a consistently good experience every time.

We have had great experiences here. Most recently, I took my daughter for pink eye. The staff is so kind and welcoming. They got us back quickly, and the NP took her time examining my daughter and answering my questions. The appointment didn’t feel rushed, and we got the care we needed in a very timely manner.
