We had such a great experience at this kids urgent care! The staff was friendly, caring, and amazing with my child. So thankful for a place that truly understands kids — highly recommend!
I brought my son here to have a simple stitch removed, and the experience was terrible. The nurse practitioner showed no compassion and clearly had no knowledge of how to do a straightforward procedure. My son was in so much pain he was silently crying, and instead of stopping or trying to make him comfortable, she wanted to keep going. I had to step in and say we were done. If you work with children, patience, skill, and empathy are the basics — none of that was shown here.
The lady in front desk is rude and was shouting when I was wondering why they don't follow the online appointments their website allowing to do, while we had to wait last time for online appointments, I took my daughter and left and never back there again
