took my child in for possible UTI. We were in and out in about 25 minutes, which was great! But, the care after is my huge concern - A urine culture was sent, and I was told it would take about 48 hours for those results then someone would notify me. I am in healthcare, so | gave it 72 hours before I called. I was then told it was still pending so | waited until day 5 to call again. I was told again that it was pending. Excellent service and very friendly staff.
We had an outstanding experience from the moment we walked in. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming, kind, and professional. They were wonderful with our daughter, took the time to thoroughly explain her symptoms, and provided reassurance that gave us complete confidence in her care. It was the first time we went here and I’ll never be back. I heard great things about it but my experience was awful. We were there over an hour just to check something that should have been quick, and a doctor and nurses were just chilling in the break room when my daughter went out to use the bathroom. The front desk guy was less than pleased to be there and seemed to not want to care. Then I spent all afternoon going back and forth between them and the pharmacy to get her freaking prescription.
Everyone was so nice and helpful. I love the fast service.
