We have had great experiences here. Most recently, I took my daughter for pink eye. The staff is so kind and welcoming. They got us back quickly, and the NP took her time examining my daughter and answering my questions. The appointment didn’t feel rushed, and we got the care we needed in a very timely manner.
We were in and out within 20 minutes. Everyone was amazing and so helpful. We pulled up and one of the staff members was going on break and saw us pull up and immediately came back. Super thankful for the customer service. We will definitely be back.
Do not go here with any laceration or deep cut. They do not have staples which seems like basic urgent care for children!! Wasted time while our little buddy had a huge bleeding cut on the back of his head.
We love this place. We always seem to need a strep test or service after hours or on the weekend so my kids have been going here for years. They have removed staples for us so we didn’t have to go back to the ER, they have done an Xray from a football injury, and provided countless other tests for flu and strep etc. Our ped is 30 mins away and longer wait times. We are so lucky to have YKUC nearby. My kids don’t even mind going bc they are so kind and are the best!
Normally I would've given them 2 stars..but given the Holiday, I will give a little grace regarding the time that it took for my little one to be seen. - I registered online to be "in line" for our appointment. I arrived about 15 mins before my estimated time and was told that system means NOTHING and that they only see patients based on time of onsite arrival. Needless to say I WAS NOT HAPPY! - The kids section of the waiting room has a "Coloring" area with no coloring books/crayons. Given the concern for the spread of germ... read more
