So disappointed to learn that the owners of Your Inner Light have decided to use the excuse of one employee who "can't" use a mask to completely flout the law. Masks protect people and are helping to get Covid 19 under control, but when people like the owners of this place refuse to follow the law, it makes life more difficult for everybody else, it unnecessarily puts people at risk, and it drags out this horrible situation even longer than it needs to be. I won't be going back even If the covid19 pandemic subsides.

According to the CDC, people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health conditions or other sensory sensitivities, are not required to wear masks. One of the owners was in the Gulf War and was exposed to sarin gas and did 3 tours in Iraq. He suffers from PTSD and anxiety among other health issues. Great place! Especially for crystals/stones, biggest selection I’ve seen in a small metaphysical store. Nice selection of jewelry, herbs, oils and incense. They also have great books, tapestries and dream catchers and too many more to list. Nice quiet environment, very welcoming. Do yourself a favor and go check it out.
About eight people in the store other than me and my daughter and only 1 other person wearing a mask. If you can't be responsible enough to make your customers wear masks, you shouldn't be open. All the crystals and sage in the world isn't going to help stop COVID 19. Really REALLY disappointed that this business is not taking this seriously
This used to be one of my go to shops, but today when I walked in i decided it would be my last visit. I saw a sign on the door that said there's ONE employee who has a health condition and can't wear a mask, but there were 4 people blocking the doorway, and at least 4 more inside the shops and NO ONE WAS WEARING A MASK. My favorite shop! The owners are the kindest, and most generous, people you could meet. They are always warm and welcoming. The crystals are top notch. Gorgeous jewelry. Plenty of Oracle and tarot decks. Lovely tapestries. And did I mention how wonderful the owners are?
(Our 2nd visit) Will be very respectful not to receive bad looks and comments like: "are you maskers?" from the owners, once I crossed the door. Even less be harassed with the decision to wear a mask. I'm high risk due to a medical condition, plus trying to be polite to others lifes as well. There were 14 people in a tight place and she was asking every single one not to wear a mask. She ended up with no other choice but to cover with a handkerchief. Nice way to show and share her Inner Dark-Light.

I visited for the first time a few days ago and can’t wait to go back. Shawn and Britta have created such a warm, inviting, and positive space. They answered any question I had and were very helpful. I was there for almost 2hrs before I realized the time! I definitely recommend this shop.
