Wow I had a very similar encounter with Tanya recently. My parents were visiting to help my wife and I look after our baby. She claimed that they had been residing at the property without authorisation which was completely untrue. They never even stayed over! As first time parents it’s always hard with rentals these days but Tanya only made things worse. She was hostile, belligerent and seemed to only have the owners best interest at heart.. not ours. Do not use Tanya as an agent. She seems nice at first, but be careful of her fake persona. This is my first review, because I have never experienced such unprofessional behaviour. Originally I am from Sydney, but I would expect the same professionalism from state to state. This is disastrous, and I warn all who are seeking a cheap agent for high quality outcomes.
Tanya is an absolute train wreck. She has the response time of a freight train and couldn't handle a single property, let alone a business. Tanya's incompetence is second to none, and her ability to liaise with clients is on par with a golf ball that is stuck in the sand-pit. The "too hard basket," or the "I am too busy", or the " let me get back to you in 3 weeks". Yes, we have heard it all from Tanya Murphy. Pathetic!
