Do not use Tanya as an agent. She seems nice at first, but be careful of her fake persona. This is my first review, because I have never experienced such unprofessional behaviour. Originally I am from Sydney, but I would expect the same professionalism from state to state. This is disastrous, and I warn all who are seeking a cheap agent for high quality outcomes.
Tanya is an absolute train wreck. She has the response time of a freight train and couldn't handle a single property, let alone a business. Tanya's incompetence is second to none, and her ability to liaise with clients is on par with a golf ball that is stuck in the sand-pit. The "too hard basket," or the "I am too busy", or the " let me get back to you in 3 weeks". Yes, we have heard it all from Tanya Murphy. Pathetic!
It is beyond me why Tanya is getting such good reviews ?. She inspected my son's rental property today as my husband and I were babysitting. We mentioned many problems with the property and she was rude and belligerent. Said that problems had not been brought to her attention which was not true. Electricity was not working and Tanya didn't bother getting back until after a week. Dishwasher not working and reported months ago. She said this had not been reported.
