YHT handled the closing on my NJ home and failed to wire my seller proceeds timely. I was told it’s “month-end” and they’d send it when they could. That’s not how real estate closings, or fiduciary responsibilities, are supposed to work. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Use a title company that respects your time and money. It’s not YHT.
Fantastic experience with Your Hometown Title from start to finish. Everyone we called, met with or consulted for info was knowledgeable, highly responsive, super friendly and very customer-service focused. We felt we were in good hands, and were grateful for the peace of mind, working with the pros at YHT.
