What a joke. This place gives you the runaround and wastes your time and effort. Bait and switch. I wouldn't recommend!!
Honestly had high regards for this dealership at first but long story short, I got a SUV through their buy here pay here program in November 2025 and the whole process was great. Fast forward to June 2026 I went in and paid for a truck outright, again great experience. My fiance had missed 1 payment on our SUV and they repoed it and said in order to get it back we had to pay the remainder of the whole loan. Do not fall for the we work with all types of credit. Drove 2hrs from our home with them texting knowing what our budget was, credit, the whole nine yards telling us they could work with us. Asking multiple times if they were sure they had lenders that would work with us because the drive a lone was a lot. Of course we get there and almost immediately into the questioning red flags.
