10/10 vet experience with a kelpie who is generally terrified of anything vet. A friend of mine (a vet) recommended these ladies as he'd worked with them before and rated them quite highly. I knew it'd be difficult, but they were very patient with him and we were able to get what we needed to get done done.
Dr Abby and Bec were so patient, gentle, and professional with our anxious pup. I highly recommend their at home vet service if you have a worried pet who would benefit from a vet coming to you.
Our cat is a massive scaredy-cat but Abby and Bec's gentle approach managed to coax her in to a checkup. There wasn't even that much hissing! Easily our best vet experience and the follow up calls and emails made as completely at peace with the whole situation. The only vet we'll use going forward
Vet visits have long been a source of so much distress for my senior cat and myself so I can't express my relief and gratitude for the lovely experience with Abby and Bec today. Everything from making the booking, to the communication leading up to the appointment, to their care while they were here was so thoughtful and convenient. Dr Abby and Bec are amazing, best vets in Melbourne and we are so thankful they can visit us at home. We have used them for general checks, vaccines, and when we’ve had illness. I love that we always have the same people who the cats now know, that they are so caring and understanding. Highly recommend 😃
