This was my first time buying a condo and Rich had a lot of issues with the buyer, he took care of everything! There was a language barrier, credits for things that had to be repaired and an attorney/title company change during the contract phase, Rich was on top of every issue immediately, updates whenever they happened, it doesn't matter what the price range is, if your buying or selling I strongly suggest using Rich. He excided expectations! Again Rich and his team worked hard, very professional and got the deal done.
