I know that you do this for a business (RU4) but in a house that you are moving in with your family is important to disclose from seller (RU4) several things and not just covered it. I bought my house last summer the experience was great but the amount of money I had to spend on it it's been a lot. My realtor was Kristi Simmons. She went above and beyond finding me a home. She was thorough with my ‘wish list’. She met my expectations for finding me the ideal home for me. She is very knowledgeable of the Georgia area I was looking into and was able to answer all my questions. She assisted me every step of the way regarding the buying process with the lender and builder. I highly recommend Kristi Simmons for buying a new or used home. We had a great experience with the RU4 team. Multiple offers after open house, seamless closing. They worked very hard from marketing, to staging services to open houses. It worked!
