Davis was (sadly) NOT our realtor, but I believe he worked harder for us than our realtor (while working for his clients). David saw the inspection and came to the house and painted the areas required and did repairs necessary for us to close by the end of the month. He made the closing possible and actually stopped by the house to make sure everything was good and to show us a few things about the sprinkler and other questions we had. amazing work. david was working for the seller while we were buying, but he helped us so much. he fixed up a bunch of stuff in the house and kept our realtor in line. if we ever buy a house again we will definitely choose david.
Dave is awesome! He is kind, professional, polite and extremely thorough and knowledgeable He goes the extra mile for you and doesn't mind taking off his work clothes and throwing on some jeans and work boots to help you get everything done. He also knows his profession inside and out, and has integrity, empathy, honesty and the list goes on!
Amazing experience with Dave, he was so hands on and proactive in getting my house sold from day one. He took care of a lot of things and went above and beyond to make sure the process went as smoothly as possible.
