Booked driveway at end of July, end of october and still waiting.tried contacting numerous times over last 3weeks but no response. Not sure if work will get done or even get my deposit back. Will have to take action soon as I can't afford to lose deposit
This company took my deposit in June 2021 .after 11 phone calls and emails .they finally replied in August . They send 2 men out to start the job only to find out they had no idea of what was agreed.they went off site leaving me with a driveway in a total shambles.i am on crutches and needed the driveway for easy access to my home .I thought using local would be best .HOW WRONG I WAS I have tried contacting them numberous times only to be fogged off with excuse after excuse .I totally regret using this local company.they are... read more
I ordered a bathroom to be installed in May and was told that the work would start in six weeks. I paid a thousand pounds deposit and now it is December and the tiles are still in my dining room. I have now had to file a claim with the small claims court to get my deposit back as they are just constantly making excuses and did not return my deposit when asked as promised. Please be very careful before using this company. They are very unprofessional. Absolute nightmare.
Very friendly and approachable. Not the old school “pushy” salesman everyone dreads. Had a quote for a bathroom, very reasonable, decided to go ahead and very happy with the service and outcome. Clean and tidy. My family are now getting work done.
