Kasey and Dani did a wonderful job, appreciate everything.
Their prices are criminal and literally a scam! We called home Depot for a quote on windows thinking we would have someone come out to give us a quick quote after measuring our windows. 3.5 hours later they gave us this sales pitch and quoted us over 100 grand for new windows. They pressured us and wanted us to sign a contract right then and there. We instead hired a contractor to do our windows and he quoted us 20 grand for Anderson windows. Kasey did a fantastic job guiding us the shower pre-installation and finance process! He presented funding options which was tailored and comfortable for us! He brilliantly worked through some technical difficulties we encountered with my email server with minimal adjustments! Michael came over the very next day to inspect, take precise measurements and thoroughly explain the installation process and time line! I'm very happy with this company and highly recommend them!
We believe this company has top of the line products and service. We have not actually had any work done yet, by Tyler Roberts and Kasey Richert went out of their way to help us.
Prepare for a lack of communication, once meeting with the salesman and signing the contract we received no further communication until the project started , the bathroom turned out fine but it took 5 days
