We paid $32,000 up front for our bathroom remodels. We had them install a tub/shower combo in one and a shower and window in the master bath. This was in June 2025. Our master bath shower is still sitting incomplete as of 4/15/26. The shower door apparently did not come with the hardware to install. We have been waiting ever since. Getting close to the 1 year mark. They also tried to take out the wrong window and left my old window with the seal popped and edging messed up. Run from this company.
Windows turned out well, but a few small things that aren’t perfect. For the price, I would’ve expected far better service and communication, the main reason for my rating. They subcontracted to another business and since it has been hard to get a hold of my project manager Derek/Darren, very infrequent communication from them and still waiting for the call I was supposedly supposed to get from the service tech. We had our windows done and we love them so much. Our salesman gave us great service and they had excellent option to no payment no interest we used, quality is amazing and they make our home look so much brighter and updated. It was also no mess or hassle and they finished them super quick! Bathroom next !!!
