Unsavory business practices I've asked them to stop calling me no fewer than four times now...yet, today, another call. They obviously have no control over whatever company they outsource their telemarketing to. Just because of this business practice, I would never consider these folks!

Dont think I will go with them They missed 2 scheduled appointments. One they didnt even call to say they werent coming. The 3rd time, we were promised a prompt appt. They called at that exact time and said the sales guy was 20 minutes away and with another customer. Still had them come. He had good sales for the windows we wanted to look at. I do believe just from one phone call that I can get something that is comparable for $8,000 or more cheaper. He was a nice guy but pressured us alot at the end. Wouldnt take no for an ... read more

Horrible!!!! I used them for the easiest project ever. Worst customer service, and it took forever and many phone calls to come close to correcting the problem!! I wouldn't let them work on my house if it were free!

Windows Done We live in the Bismarck Area. We had them put windows in our home. What they didn't tell us was that we would loose 5 inches of window space all around our old windows leaving us with "Trailer house windows" in our house. :( They called to fix the issue. The sales rep was out and needless to say they have not gotten back to us. It have been over 2 months. They have our money so the hell with customer statisfaction. Mr. Had them out to give an estimate on windows. LIARS!!! They told us nobody else has triple paned windows.....I found them at Menards! They told us only thier windows have linked channels for water drainage.............even the cheepest ones at Menards have that!!! Only we have a non-metal filler between panes.............most windows at Menards have a non-metal spacer.............The list could go on forever............They were high-pressure salesmen; they were at our house over 4 hours and I told them NO at least 15 tim... read more
