I have been using Michael for years and he use to be good; however this is not longer the case, as his prices have gone up and his service down. The last job he did for us was to replace 2 outdoor ceiling fans. It cost $1200 and despite my requests that he send us a receipt for for work (required for the 5 year limited warranty on the fans), 4 months after the work he still has not. I will not be using him again.
Michael does a wonderful job, always on time and is a very neat and tidy tradesman. We have hired Michael twice now for install of oven, ceiling fans and large air-conditioner. If you are looking for a reliable electrican I would highly recommend him to anyone needing.
We had lost power when safety switch keep tripping. I rang Michael and he gave us instructions and we solved problem ! Save us time and money ! Such nice man. Love him !
