I highly recommend Erin of Your Home CNY Realty whether you’re selling or buying a house. She is professional, courteous and honest.
I would not recommend Erin as a realtor to anyone. When we utilized her as an agent to sell our house, we found her very unhelpful. My husband has an anxiety disorder, and we asked for her to understand that leaving the house for showings would be difficult for him, and making our house appear unoccupied every time we showed it was too much pressure in our case.
