Dr Srour was very gentle and explained every part of the visit. She listened to all of my needs and addressed them as well!
My dad is 97, has been resistant about hearing aides and at his age trips to the doctor are always tough for him. We received Dr. Jen's info from his primary doctor's office when we asked if there were at home option. We are so happy we called! Dr. was so gentle, kind and thorough. I requested Dr. Jen to a good friend of the family who is severely hard of hearing. She’s up in age and hasn’t heard anyone or anything for a couple of years now. She’s is very knowledgable and caring, informative to me and patients family. My friend is hearing a little and able to converse, even if it is a couple of words right now it is better than nothing. Dr. Jen is a absolutely fabulous. She is very knowledgeable and extremely proficient. It was truly an extraordinary experience to have her help.
I had a great experience with Dr. Jennifer. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and took her time walking me through the process. I initially went in for a wax cleanup, but she quickly identified that it wasn’t needed and informed me of a larger issue. I appreciated her honesty and professionalism, as she wasn’t just trying to upsell services. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jennifer to anyone experiencing hearing issues or in need of ear care.
