They don't want you to make the check out to the company itself. That's something kinda fishy to me. If it's a legit company then they would have a business account under the company name and wouldn't require a blank check.
Tom was great. We had to call on a Sunday because our central air wasn't working during a heat advisory. He was on another call but he got to us quickly and worked efficiently and explained everything well. We will call him again if we ever need help in the future!
