While remodeling a trailer for our customer we had a problem with her furnace. We were informed that this company was the one that installed it and that it was under warranty so we gave them a call. First visit was because the furnace would not stay running. The man came in and at first he was nice said that it was throwing a code he had never seen before so he needed to call his boss. Tom worked me into his schedule very quickly. Was very fair on price!! Scheduled a guy to work on a Saturday to get my boiler furnace up and going. Dean was his repairman's name and he did a great job! Up and running and quieter and heating better than it has for years. Thanks Tom and Dean for a great experience!
I wouldn’t use this guy. He was so rude and obnoxious. He acts like he is a spoiled brat that was handed a business to him so if you want to use him go ahead but I wouldn’t do it I wouldn’t recommend it.
