Deidra accompanied me to my doctor appointments when I was having kidney surgery. Although she is family, you don't simply earn respect in your field without personal experience. We are care partners with Deidra and Sue with one of our clients and have seen the value they provide to family members. They are able to be advocates for those in need and navigate the healthcare system on behalf of their clients. I would highly recommend them.

After my mother's stroke, I had to see a therapist. My therapist recommended that I find a nurse advocate, and once I was working with Deidra, I lost most of the reason to keep seeing a therapist! My mom has a zillion other health issues and a dozen specialists. She's diabetic and really cannot take care of herself and I am not cut out to be a caregiver.
