I had a great experience here. As a ‘walk-in’ patient on a Monday morning, I thought it would be difficult to find a good doctor. I only had to wait a few minutes to see Dr Witis about a painful ear infection. She was very thorough and checked both ears, my throat and temperature etc, and drew a diagram to show me what my ear looked like inside. She prescribed some ear drops and showed me the best way to put them in, and then asked me if she could help me with anything else. A “thumbs-up” from me.

If i could leave 0 stars i would, dont trust these people with your health under any circumstances. They are rude, dissmissive and completely unhelpful. After my partner was treated poorly and robbed of her money for 0% support 0% guidance 0% medical knowledge 100% rudeness. I asked for the practice manager to contact me, they dodged talking to me for weeks until i just spoke to them on my partners phone where the practice manager was consistent with the rudeness of the other staff and disregarded everything.
