Reception staff are lovely people who listen and solve problems. Dr Denys is great.
First moved to the area, only clinic accepting new patients. (Now I see why) Presented with some complex issues that need immediate attention. Firstly - mis diagnosis then very unprofessional treatment and when I confronted him, somehow it was my fault. The female doctor is a butcher! My partner went for a standard procedure and well, not only was she butchered, she was told to come back………… Reception to me have always been kind and respectful toward me but, extremely rude to my partner, to the point where they just hang up!... read more

Avoid Irene if you want the best possible care. I have to leave a review, and state that Irene ended my appointment with her early, as she needed lunch, and frankly it seemed as if she couldn't give me the time of day. Recently I was diagnosed with severe ADHD and my therapist stated that my GP will relay information to him, if needed. My therapist gave a definitive order of 3 months sobriety followed by recommendations of things that may help in the mean time.
