I am writing on behalf of my disable client. She found DR Anna Velkov is excellent, intelligent and knowledgeable Doctor. AlsoI want to let patients know if you have appointment please check the address carefully because they have two clinics in Glen Huntly.
5 stars to Dr. Anna Velkov — always accommodating, professional, and consistently excellent in her work. 1 star for a receptionist named Mariya, whose rude attitude and lack of basic customer service skills were very disappointing.
The worst booking system these guys are maintaining for consulting gp’s.
Dr. Bhargavi is our go-to doctor, and she’s absolutely amazing. However, I needed to see a doctor recently and was fine with seeing someone else as Dr. Bhargavi was unavailable. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for an hour, only to see the other doctor (Dr Ana) prioritize their regular patients who arrived after me. This experience was frustrating and felt like a complete disregard for patients’ time. The system could definitely be improved.
