The staff is fantastic! NP,s RNd and LPNs alike are very professional. Management, however, seems to be focused on maximizing profits. The effort is to switch from in-home nurse visits to telehealth. I have lost two wonderful NPs to their efforts. They have notified patients with UHC insurance that they will not have in-home visits. I called UHC and they told me that they would continue paying for in-home visits. It is possible that my UHC is different from others but it appears that I will not get home visits. I couldn't be more please with my first visit with Jaclyn Taylor and Justina!!! Their care and concern for me was off the charts. I just moved here in January was dreading the process of finding a new primary doctor, but thanks to God, I found her. 💜💜💜
