The staff is fantastic! NP,s RNd and LPNs alike are very professional. Management, however, seems to be focused on maximizing profits. The effort is to switch from in-home nurse visits to telehealth. I have lost two wonderful NPs to their efforts. They have notified patients with UHC insurance that they will not have in-home visits. I called UHC and they told me that they would continue paying for in-home visits. It is possible that my UHC is different from others but it appears that I will not get home visits. I couldn't be more please with my first visit with Jaclyn Taylor and Justina!!! Their care and concern for me was off the charts. I just moved here in January was dreading the process of finding a new primary doctor, but thanks to God, I found her. 💜💜💜
I am so pleased with this office and the care I have received under Jacqueline Burke Taylor. From scheduling my first appointment to communication about results and follow ups, the staff has been amazing. Jacqueline is so kind and truly listened to all of my concerns and made sure to address and offer a solution/guidance for each one of them.
