Mirza is very knowledgeable on trigger point therapy. Being a previous massage therapist I am super picky. Having great results with sports injuries. She cleared up my tennis elbow in one session.
Mirza is beyond the best! I first visited her over 4 years ago! If you are looking for a massage and a true professional she is the one! I have injuries and she has helped me loosen and break up stubborn tissue. I give her the highest recommendation!!!

I have been going to Mirza for about 3 + years. It started as neck pain, but through all the massages, I have knots everywhere! Mirza will focus on whatever area needs the most attention. Recently i pulled my hamstring and want able to sit for more than 20 mins at a time. I had been going to PT. That wasn't helping. Having Mirza massage helped loosen me up and now I can sit and function again. Mirza is friendly, listens to what I need and has a flexible schedule. Whether for enjoyment or need, I recommend Mirza!
