I came here needing help, I was talked over by a female Dr (by all these other reviews im sure you can guess who) she would belittle me, huff, and tut but when I tried to back myself she would say " we are no longer talking about that" and moved on to the next question. She questioned if I even had money to pay for the appointment before I even opened my mouth and once I told her what medication I used she picked out the one I have for anxiety and she proceeded to tell me I shouldn't be on it. DO NOT SEE DR. Amy Lim!!!!! Worst GP experience of my life. Walked out of the consult crying. Dismissive, rude and no interest in listening to my concerns. Zero patient empathy, she may as well be a walking textbook as far as I'm concerned. After giving her feedback that her clinical language lacked sensitivity and that she was not allowing me to speak, I was denied care and told to leave the consult room. Appalling and entirely unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and don't book with her.

Not even worth the 1 star rating. After coming here and seeing all of the negative reviews about Dr Amy Lim, I'm not sure if I feel better or worse. I have never left a GP appointment feeling so awful. Dr Lim was so incredibly unprofessional I don't even know how to describe it. She sighed constantly at everything I said and even roller her eyes. Unhelpful, unprofessional and ageist. The reception staff are exceptionally rude and unprofessional. Once I finally made the decision to seek help elsewhere, they even made the transferring of my records a difficult, stressful, and laboursome experience. Nearly a year on from leaving this practice and my new practice still don't have access to my full medical record, thanks to the inability of the reception staff to correctly complete the task despite multiple attempts to rectify this. Dr Lim, lacking warmth or care, no interest in what you say, textbook questions. Wouldn't take my dog to see her. Needs some education in relation to empathy. NEVER AGAIN.
