Short notice of when staff would be coming by. There was not enough time to speak freely with more details about my history. I was cut off short in a video visit that was suppose to last 15 minutes but I spent 8 minutes in the web lobby alone. After just 7 minutes I was told the timer went off and the nurse ended my call immediately. I never felt like I was treated as someone with feelings. Only had a few visit friomsome of the staff . Their experience,with me was five stars.
Your health has always been good to me I've been with them for a very long time I think since like 2014 2015 back when they were called SC house calls they have all been good to me I got no complaints at all and if anybody else decides to sign up I highly recommend it, and if you have had bad experiences I'm sorry to hear that me myself I've had none, all my nurses have been great a couple bad phone calls but anybody can have a bad day I don't let that bother me I highly recommend it your health
