The doctors are great. The staff is very forgetful and not very caring. I have had two different appointment’s about ten days apart. After an on time arrival I was turned away both times. The first time the doctor was not there. The second they had no record of the appointment that I made in person with an appointment card. They were not concerned about your health or wellness . However if I would have been late or not showed I would have had to pay. I wish there would be some that I could hold them accountable.

Waited at least an hour and a half to be seen. Spend less than 5 minutes with the health care professional. She was nice but did not answer my questions or make me feel satisfied as a patient . Had labs drawn. Got some results within 48 hours. The one I was waiting on, its been a month, and I've just been told by the Nurse that the reason I went in for, was not even drawn. Even though I wrote that on my paperwork for coming in. Asked for continuing care but wasn't given a next appointment. Office manager Robin was polite but... read more

After waiting for two hours the front desk says you don’t have an appointment. We figured they were running behind. Then she said oh your appointment was at 10:30. Never had she told us any of this until we asked. My uncle is 89 and had to wait to long. Their afternoon appointments came in they begin to take them. When I asked they said he was at lunch. Rudest office staff ever. Never will go back even though my uncle has been going to him over 35 years. We left at 1:30 without seeing the dr.

I appreciate Dr Verzosa. He is the "tough love" I need to do things I've been resistant to. I need that sort of relationship with the members of my medical team. His staff is also incredibly responsive and thorough.

Dr. Verzosa was my fathers doctor, my mothers doctor and now my husband's doctor . We keep him in our family. He is kind compassionate and goes out of his way to make his patients feel at ease.
