My Mum is a patient and she has to wait for at least 1 hour every time she goes there and sometimes for 2hrs! Such a poorly managed practice with the rudest receptionist team. They insulted my mum and it feels like they don’t want to answer you. The only good thing about this GP practice is how new the building is! Such a shame!
