Elizabeth is the best massage therapist I have ever been to! I have always struggled with back pain, but she truly knows how to relieve it. She always asks if there is anything specific she needs to focus on and ensures she is using the correct amount of pressure. Her room is spotless and creates a very relaxing environment. If I have any questions about the techniques she uses, she is always happy to share her knowledge. I highly recommend Elizabeth—she is so sweet and incredible at what she does!
My first time having a massage and wasn’t sure what to expect. My chief reason was relief for my right knee IT band. Elizabeth concentrated on that and it did loosen up and feels better. I can squat much more easily now. Her place was clean and welcoming feeling. I definitely will go back.
