Your Happy Place (Elizabeth Berry) is hands down the best therapist I've been to in Memphis. I have chronic back pain and have been to several therapists over the years. She has an ability to find and fix my problems as they arise. I always leave feeling 100x better than when I arrived. I recommend My Happy Place to anyone that is in need of a great therapist. Tried Elizabeth for the first time a few weeks ago. I told her I wanted a light touch. She did exactly what I wanted and asked. It was amazing. So I thought. She mentioned she felt some trouble spots on my hips but honored my request. She had a cancellation and I filled it with a 60 minute. This time I told her to do what she thought I needed. Elizabeth is wonderful! She made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped in the shop. Toward the end of my massage, I was so relaxed that I FELL ASLEEP! The pressure was perfect throughout. I left the shop feeling brand new! I will definitely be back!
Elizabeth has been, by far one of the best I've ever been to! She is genuine and listens to your concerns and instructions. I specifically enjoy how knowledgeable and professional she is, all while have a calm and happy demeanor. My shoulders and back and never felt better- which is why I keep going back.
