Mark came out promptly and was very pleasant. I appreciated his manner, and willingness to help. My issue is with the billing. There was no free consultation, the clock starts on arrival and includes shopping time to search for any parts needed. In this case he was gone a long time with no updates. I wasn't even sure if he was returing. The clock keeps running even if you ask about other potential work. His rate is significant so all this adds up quickly. I needed wooden fencing removed from my house to meet high fire zone mandates and was concerned because it was bolted to a stucco wall. Lew from Your Handyman came out with all the proper tools to manage the removal with no damage to the wall. Lew arrived promptly, even a bit early, did an excellent job, and cleaned up and hauled away all debris. Mark and his crew have tackled numerous, challenging jobs at our home as well as the day-to-day repairs and maintenance chores that we are not able to handle. Over the years, we have appreciated their professional, skilled, patient work and tidy cleanup after. Mark is fair and honest with his billing and we never worry when he and is crew are on the job.
