First scheduled appointment, no show-no call. I had to reach out as to why Lew had not arrived an hour and a half later. Second rescheduled appointment, no show-no call. Appointment for 1pm; I sat and waited on my lunch break. I finally received a text almost an hour later saying he would be arriving in 15 minutes. Lew did not arrive until an hour and a half after scheduled time.
