The 10-week challenge genuinely changed my life! What started as a challenge has turned into an addiction to the classes. My fitness, strength and confidence have improved so much. My trainer constantly pushes me to be better and do better, while the friendly and supportive community makes every class enjoyable. I’m so grateful I took that first step and joined — I couldn’t recommend this gym enough! 💪❤️
Fran is always welcoming and happy to put in the extra hours to make our classes fun and challenging. She often sets monthly challenges that we can enter to work on achieving the best versions of ourselves. A great friendly environment.
Yourgym Goulburn is a welcoming gym with a variety of classes, and staff will help with health, nutrition, appropriate classes and PT. Some classes are child-friendly. There are Healthy Moves classes, too, for older or less mobile people.
Inclusive, fun, inventive and tough all in all a terrific gym and start to my day.
