We had a patio built last year with YGO. The final product is enjoyable for our family. But I had to deduct a star due to many communication and scheduling headaches. Brandon did show effort to make things right, so props for that. Hope YGO can improve communications in the future.
We love our patio. It still looks great after 5 years and 2 hurricanes. Brandon and team did a great job and they are easy to work with.
I hired Brandon for a job after he gave me a quote. Yet, he wouldn't give me an install date. I attempted to make contact several times but never received a response. 6 weeks passed with no response. I had to find another business to complete the work. This is a horrible way to run a business.
We just love the epic transformation y’all made to our backyard. We love the indoor/outdoor living concept we have now and we’re already making such awesome memories in our new outdoor paradise! Thank you for making it so beautiful and for all of the great input along the way.
Great experience working with YGO. Both Heather and Brandon were responsive to all our requests, inquiries, and questions. The experience of designing our designing and constructing our patio space was very collaborative and we were extremely pleased with the quality and aesthetics of the final product. We are looking forward to phase 2.
