Had a fantastic experience with Chef Claudia. She joined a boat outing and made the experience seamless. Her menu has something for everyone. We did the hot appetizers with her onboard and everyone raved about the food, especially the eggplant bites! 10/10 would recommend if planning an experience in Seattle.

Claudia worked with for five days, cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner - she makes very tasty food and is very friendly and hardworking!
It was so nice to have someone cook for us while we enjoyed our guests. Not having to worry about making sure that everything is done right when it’s supposed to be is so nice. Food was great, especially her amazing potatoes.
You can always expect the food to be top tier, but what’s best is her attention to detail, and adaptability whenever you have any questions! The whole experience was smooth and convenient due to the intake process being efficient and personable, and i really appreciated that chef Claudia takes her craft very seriously, and is a true artist in the kitchen.
