It was so nice to have someone cook for us while we enjoyed our guests. Not having to worry about making sure that everything is done right when it’s supposed to be is so nice. Food was great, especially her amazing potatoes.
You can always expect the food to be top tier, but what’s best is her attention to detail, and adaptability whenever you have any questions! The whole experience was smooth and convenient due to the intake process being efficient and personable, and i really appreciated that chef Claudia takes her craft very seriously, and is a true artist in the kitchen.
Claudia catered the appetizers for my daughter's wedding. From the initial consultation to the delivery and presentation, Claudia was top notch. She is detail-oriented, creative, and communicative throughout the whole process. Claudia listened to what we were after and offered suggestions. Claudia is an awesome and an experienced chef! I have worked with her as a fellow vendor and tasted many of her dishes and absolutely everything is filled with flavor and true to the theme. Her chicken sliders are my favorite! She is so talented! I highly recommend her for your private chef needs, parties or her meal packages!
Excellent cuisine!!! If you want your palate to be happy long after you've eaten Chef Claudia's selections, then she fits the bill. Great culinary memories are the best!!!
