Debated on writing this but as I go around my house the madder I get. My husband booked a deep cleaning service with them as my Christmas present. I told him that all I wanted was a nice deep clean for Christmas. He paid over $500 for them to come clean. They did not clean half of the things they said they did. The walls still had mud on them. We had our first deep cleaning with Fresh Start and were so very impressed! The two ladies, Alexis and Kristin, arrived right on time and were so polite and professional. They listened to what we needed and went to work right away. And they worked very hard. They have this down to a science👍🏻 Our home is spotless. I am still taking it all in. We've been working with Fresh Start for several years now, and they are by far the most efficient and effective service we've encountered. Teather and staff are so pleasant to work with over the phone, and our lovely cleaner, Lillian, is the absolute best.
