What a great experience with Rich and Debbie. Very helpful, informative and accommodating. They were able to guard me in the right direction in terms of color and style that fit my needs. Really need a rug that can handle 3 young kids! Also, a huge plus was how affordable their prices are. Won’t go anywhere else for my rug/floor needs!
I had a great experience at Your Floor Store. Rich and Debbie were both super helpful and pleasant, totally down to earth and easy to talk to. They helped me figure out what rug would work best in my playroom and which would work best in my den. They pointed out things like which would be easiest to keep clean, gave me tips on getting stains out of rugs, and even looked at photos of my rooms to help me figure out which color variations would be best for me and would match my decor. I recently had LVP flooring installed in our home, and about a year ago had carpeting done as well, both through Your Floor Store—and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, Debbie in showroom was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She really helped guide me through selecting both the carpet and the LVP, making what could have been an overwhelming process much easier.
