Literally horrible service. Have been trying to cancel my membership since APRIL and nobody answers the phone and there is nobody ever working at the front desk. They’ve been taking hundreds of dollars out of my account. Save your money and time :) go to a real gym.
This use to be a great gym but not anymore. Machines are always out of service like mostly all cardio machines. Weights are out dated broken and all barbells are bent and water fountains are not working. Vending machine always empty no water bottle to purchase or anything else. Restrooms are filthy and hand soap always empty. The gym is always trashy and filthy with trash on floor. Seems like the owner and employees don't care at all smfh.
The overall condition and management of the gym appear to be declining. I intend to maintain my membership primarily because the facility is rarely crowded, allowing me to use all necessary equipment without delay or inconvenience until I can find something as close and better. In that sense, it functions almost like a private gym for my personal use. However, there are consistent issues with basic maintenance and hygiene. I used to go to this gym, but the water fountain never worked and I had to pay for water if I forgot my own. The AC was not very good in the summer and almost weekly a machine would not be working. There was a roach on the seat of the leg press machine that I had to kill with a paper towel a month before I left, and several other bugs I found around the place. I hope they fix the place up at some point.
So this is coming from a former employee so you can take it with a grain of salt. I worked at this place for a year, and let me tell you, during that time, it was so hard to get anything done or fixed. I only ever met the owner twice, which was a quick hi and bye. Anyone who had billing issues or wanted to take things further up the ladder couldn't because he's never there.
