The staff were very professional, the process was efficient. I always feel really valued by the staff and know that my dog Max will get the best of care.
Had to have our dog put to sleep this morning. This sad experience was made more bearable by Dr Jess'professional but friendly care. She took great care of Bundy and gave us pawprints and a lock of hair as a keepsake.
had a late night emergency, Jess was very helpful and professional for a late night call out , thanks to advise and treatment , the best outcome was achieved ( 2 happy healthy border collies again ! )
