This agency is a caring organization who put their clients first. We dealt mainly with the owner, nurses and the preacher. All 3 provided wonderful support during business hours and after hours. We had them provide care for my mother over a 10 months period. They made sure we had all the supplies, medications and any training that we needed to take care of my mother. I’m deeply concerned about the care my client received from this hospice agency. I've worked beside them through multiple clients. And have watched the slow decline of their service. Staff was witnessed behaving in a dismissive and disrespectful manner ignoring clients attempts to speak while engaging in personal conversation and even dancing. When you are given a choice for Hospice Services select Your Family Hospice for services. Great education and information on taking care of our great grandmother in her last days. Highly recommended. Call them!
