I never write reviews because I am a firm believer that you can't please everyone. However, I have never felt so disrespected by a medical office. I thought it was all in my head but was proven wrong when I tried calling YFF to verbally request all medical records to be sent to another specialist. I could not love this practice more. I found them via Google search in August of 2024. I loved the idea of an all women practice and instantly felt a connection with my provider. I'm unsure as to how people can say they don't hear back because I would message them constantly via the portal and always heard back. Dr. DiPaola is WONDERFUL. Words cannot describe how pleased I am in finding YFF and Dr. DiPaola. Not only is she and her staff knowledgeable, helpful, compassionate; but as if she isn’t busy enough, she dedicates all her time in answering your questions and ensuring you feel like your time is valued. I also am in the medical field and finding providers this attentive is unfortunately slim.
