Amazing practice, very accomodating for chronically ill patients. Very supportive. Dr Pethen is amazing. Highly recommend!!!!
i had an telehealth appointment yesterday for 2pm was waiting for 2 hours for them to call which they never did, we called up twice during that 2 hours checking why we hadnt received the call yet, and the reception said she would send a reminder to the doctor. At 4pm we called for the final time asking what had happened and the reception was very rude did not even say sorry and just went straight to asking if we wanted to book another appointment.
