I have been seeing Dr. Lucietto for at least 6 years. I liked her a lot, she's very personable. However, she's very disorganized (Her office as you walk by is a disaster)and doesn't follow through with your health plan after your visit or teledoc visits. Her staff, one in particular, a hispanic girl I believe is a huge problem. She makes mistakes with emailing appointments and pretty much made me find my own referral.
