I started with your family for some hip and mobility issues then when I conceived I continued care all through my pregnancy and had a very comfortable positive pregnancy. I was waking up every few weeks with extreme upper back and neck pain, felt like a pinched nerve in my upper back traveling up the side of my neck into my head. I would sauna every day to help relieve the pain and tension, but it would come back a few days to a week later. After coming to your family chiropractic I have not experienced any more pain or discomfort in my back or neck.
With my first pregnancy, I had severe pain in my pelvis and back and had no relief and it just seemed like my pregnancy lasted forever due to the fact I was always in pain and not able to move like I was used to.
