Dr. Connor and Dr. Jamie are the best of the best! We brought our daughter to them for help with constipation, and after just a few visits, we noticed huge improvements. I started seeing Dr. Jaime and Dr. Connor at the beginning of this year, and my experience has far exceeded my expectations. I always leave my appointments feeling well-adjusted, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. They really take the time to listen and cater to your specific needs, and they do it all with such warmth and kindness. YFC was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health - highly recommend!
When I first came to YFC I was unsure if I could ever really get back into running. At the start of chiropractic care, I learned that my lower back pain was primarily due to a mobility/strength issue in my left hip. Through the first few weeks of adjustments with Dr. Connor I wasn’t sure if I’d notice much progress. Then a switch flipped and the appointments and exercises were totally worth it. I can’t believe I’m running again and that my lower back pain is pretty much gone. I am so grateful!
We came to YFC because I wanted scans done to have a baseline of where our nervous systems were at. My daughter has always been a good sleeper but she’s had some struggles with constipation and lots of illness. After the scans, we had a clear picture of where the specific issues were and have been working to heal those areas. I 100% recommend Dr. Connor and Dr. Jamie for their excellent services and dedication, ever since day 1 they made us feel welcome and they managed to clear out all the questions and doubts we had at the beginning. Our little one was having issues latching and the lactation consultant we were working suggested for us to go to a pediatric chiropractor and this is where Dr. Jamie stepped in, she was absolutely amazing, we were always looking forward to assist to each session!
