I was suffering from severe back pain in my upper back. I was not able to sleep, averaging maybe 2 to 3 hours a night. I even had to sleep on the floor for a month as nothing was relieving the pain. I went back to Dr. Connor, and within about 4 weeks, after lots of stretching, I began to feel relief and was able to sleep again. I continue to see improvement and am very grateful for Dr. Connor.
Being able to get an adjustment that eliminates physical discomforts definitely helps overall at home be able to manage my emotions better because I don’t have the discomfort on top of everything else. I definitely feel more regulated and despite the lessened hours of sleep, I’ve been surprised at my overall energy level on most days. I was in my second trimester when I came to see YFC for pain. I was very happy with the care I received. I have been almost 100% pain free as I enter my last trimester. I have been able to stay mobile through out this pregnancy. The difference is night and day. I am very happy with my treatment plan and will continue care until I give birth.
Before coming in, I was dealing with a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders.
