My girlfriend brought her Hyundai sonata to them with the car pulling to the right the dealership could not correct the problem they put on new struts at the dealership. However the dealership did not realize that there was a slight bend in one of the a arms and that's why the car continued to pull to the right. My girlfriend and I brought the car here and from the car pulling hard to the right we had to have new struts put in because the dealership screwed up the installation. I went in to get my car inspected and they told me that my Y pipe was rotting. Instead of trying to charge me for a new Y pipe, they welded my current Y pipe to pass inspection. Not only did they weld it for maintenance but also welded it like a master welder. I am so thankful to your family auto! Save me hundreds of dollars
My boyfriend took my car here while I was at work and spoke to the owner, it didn't sit right with me what the guy said because it is a newer car. I googled the business owner and read the reviews, and wow, I will never bring any of my vehicles here ever again nor recommend
