The pillow is comfortable enough and does help with training yourself to lay on your back. There is no customer service though. I washed the satin pillow case twice and the zipper broke. I ordered through Amazon and can't get any help there. Google found Your Face Pillow at 1409 S. Lilac Ave, Bloomington, Ca 92316, phone number 480-269-2457. The phone number is out of service.. I'll try putting a new zipper in the pillow case myself but am a little discouraged it only lasted two washings.
