I will NEVER come back here again! I have been here a few times before and liked the work but today because of the lines my threader rushed through my service and completely ignored my requests. I left bleeding white two different eyebrow shapes and thicknesses NEITHER matching the reference picture of what I asked for. The lady tried to hesitate to refund me and only gave me attention after another customer prompted her to. NEVER AGAIN!
Mamata is amazing! I’ve been here once before a long time ago and had a good experience but I really needed to get my eyebrows done for my wedding and they look great!
DO NOT go unless Mamata is there! I went today and another person was there, I have never had such a terrible job. She made my eyebrows very thin and uneven, put absolutely no effort or shape into it, and rushed through the process very harshly (which I didn’t understand given I was the only person there). I could tell before she even gave me the mirror that they would be bad - she didn’t even offer me any Aloe Vera at the end, which has never happened to me before.
