Every person I interacted with from entering the doors until I leave were so nice and friendly. I just expressed my needs and they good it from there. This is my third pair of glasses from Your Eye Dr and I love them. They always know what I need. Thank you guys, you’re the best.
I have been a patient of Dr. Alarcon for over 20 years, and I cannot express enough how fantastic she has been in managing my eye health. Dr. Alarcon consistently goes above and beyond to answer any questions I may have, making me feel valued and informed. one of the worst clinics I've ever been to. I had to go back 3 times as the doctor couldn't get my prescription right. For what they charge, they should make their doctors are top notch. The support staff is beyond rude. Every time I called I got stuck with the lady who had a British accent. She kept blaming the reason for the error in my prescription on the optician who did my glasses. And b/c I did not give her the name of the place she said they are not able to help me further.
