My items were thrown away without any notice!!! I still had 2 1/2 weeks left.
Absolutely AWFUL customer service. No care for basic human decency. Increased rent with no warning, will not refund, not climate controlled, overall awful experience and not a good bang for your buck.
Horrible customer service I had a friend rent through them and experienced first hand how horrible they were to them and it’s way to expensive for the bad quality units they rent out
If I could leave zero stars, I would. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They raised my rent without the required 30 days’ notice and then ignored me for over a month while I tried to get answers. I’ve called countless times, left messages, and was promised a call back from the district manager that never came. Instead of resolving the issue, they went ahead and charged me even more the next month—without even sending me a receipt. “EXTRA Closet” is a pretty fitting name, since all they do is charge you extra.
