After nearly 11 months of waiting and the loss or misplacement of personal documents 3 times, finally fired them. Could never get ahold of the actual broker, was usually pushed off on an assistant. They made promises that were never kept. Thoroughly unprofessional and frighteningly inept business practices. After I fired them they refused to releae my documents citing privacy laws (ironic given how many times they "lost" or "misplaced" documents). Finally contacted my attorney and had to go that route.
