Do not come here. Sadly I came here based on the reviews, only to find that the good reviews are a lie. I went here because I have an ear pain and she didn’t help. I still have an ear pain. The doctor recommended me to an allergist and the allergist she recommended is a fraud. I should not have came here. I’m writing this review to help others to make a good decision of not coming here.
Absolutely horrible. Dr. Petri was dismissive, rude, and did nothing to help me. She started by telling me that the medication I was on, a medication for a problem completely unrelated to why I was there and what she treats, was wrong and not necessary (this medication had no effect on why I was there in the first place). I have seen several doctors in several places and they have all agreed that this medication was good for me, and it has improved my life significantly. I saw the nurse practitioner and she was very kind and very helpful with a treatment plan I felt I can trust. I need a solid ENT team and I have found it. The staff was kind, all of them. I was so thankful for that! They also saw me fast when every other ENT in the area wouldn't help for a month or more out. Also, as a Christian, hooray for this facility exercising our faith in Jesus Christ. Thank you!!
