Exceptional service, quality and reasonable cost from Reg Perry who is the owner of this business. We were presented with a written itemized quote for the work to be done. After installing new LED pot lights, I realized they were too bright and it was no problem for him to come back to install dimmer switches. Greg also replaced and installed new under cabinet kitchen lights which had previously been incorrectly installed by a previous electrician. I've worked with Reggie for several years, he has always been pleasant to work with and is reliable.
Terrible customer service. Lost out on a sale because of it. Edit - your response is not accurate...there was another hot water tank partially in the way. The new one could have been lifted over the other one or removed to get the new one in place. I'd have been willing to pay for the extra labour to do so. Instead you just said, can't be done, and left. As it turns out I ended up replacing both tanks. Next time I'd suggest offering solutions rather than just barriers and leaving.
